Carolyn has been in Real Estate since 1999 and licensed since 2001. She worked primarily with buyers until 2005 when she shifted focus and began helping sellers and investors with rentals and tenants. Carolyn also has become somewhat of an expert in New Construction and will help you navigate through the long process.
She loves helping buyers and sellers by showing them opportunities when financial circumstances arise. She works diligently with Short Sale situations, turning a negative into a positive by turning the home into an income generating property.
In her personal life, Carolyn is a wife and mother of 3 handsome sons, ages 38, 35 & 26, as well as a hilarious Old English Bulldogs named Molly, Ollie and Ellie. She is a supportive and dedicated member of the community and stays busy on the Wasilla Planning Commision and follows the Iditarod Sled Dog Race. She also loves glamping and has postioned her motorhome to nomad around the lower 48 when she is not here enjoying all Alaska has to offer. In addition, she was an active member of the Valley Board of Realtors and a life long, die hard fan of the Kansas City Chiefs. She has been visiting Alaska since 1994 and moved here permanently in 1997.
